I know the owner Jim Leivas both professionally and personally. In all the years, this individual personally cares for the business or individual in helping them solve their problem with the right solution. In today's world, yes price is important but more important is the reliability and integrity of the individual and the company that you deal with. With this in mind, you know that they will find the right product or business solution that you know, in turn, will be a better work place with productivity at its finest including the right price as a benefit. Jim listens to the client to help solve a problem like a ink cartridge that is holding up an important mailing and getting it to my company with the least downtime. And his solution worked so effectively as if it was made by the company who manufactured the machine. Having a relationship in the business world is important and finding the right company and individuals is hard. YES, I found that with this company.

Fast, Friendly and Courteous
Next Level's expertise and knowledge of current market products proved to us to be invaluable as we considered our new fleet of copiers. However, the assistance didn't stop there as they provided workable spreadsheets for many of our departments driving our costs down as we improved our work flow efficiencies and boosted our productivity. Their customer service as far as response time is very good as well - fast, friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend!

They Did an Amazing Job
I highly recommend Next Level Business Strategies and Sharp based on a positive experience Optimum is having with our Copy and Print Fleet. I was very concerned when the discussion came up to replace the brand we had for over 10 years. In replacing the equipment, I leaned on the two Jims (Jim Leivas-Next Level, and Jim George-Sharp) to make the transition smooth, and they did an amazing job. The new equipment is intuitive and very user friendly. The software, PaperCut and Drivve, needed only minimal training. Overall, we are very happy with the new equipment and the Staff is happy with no complaint about changing out the equipment. With a staff of 40+ people, that isn't easy.

Through his questioning he understood...and educated us as to what applications we can now print in house versus outsource print. This saved us tons of time and additional money while reducing waste.
We get supplies much faster and technical support much sooner
The nonprofit organization that I work for switched to Next Level BSI in 2017 after using a larger contractor for our printer leasing for several years. We are much happier with our service now because we have direct personal contacts with the Next Level team, which means that we get supplies much faster and technical support much sooner. We also contracted them to upgrade our Wi-Fi system and now use their IT services for our computers and phones.
